Program Description
Event Details
Join the Shade Tree Commission for a walk around the Baldwin Library to explore trees with ancestors from the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods.
What to Expect:
- Nature walk around the Baldwin Library!
- Read aloud about different types of dinosaurs, asking about the food each type likes to eat.
- Group Discussion about how much food plant-eating dinosaurs need to live and where might they find that food.
- Leaf rubbing craft!
All ages are welcomed!
Kids 14 & under must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
