Feeling stressed, anxious, or disconnected? Want to improve your coping skills to better handle stress? Join us for a 60-minute workshop where you'll learn practical mind-body techniques to help regulate your nervous system and improve your overall wellbeing.

In this session, we'll cover:

  • How your body and mind communicate through your nervous system
  • Practical wellness tools to incorporate into your daily routine
  • Simple grounding practices you can use anywhere
  • Breathing techniques that signal safety and relaxation to your brain
  • Gentle movement exercises for releasing tension
