Event Details
The Mind-Body Connection is a free monthly wellness program that introduces gentle mind-body practices for mental health and wellbeing such as yoga, meditation, breathwork and more. Each session offers practical tools you can use at home to reduce stress, improve emotional awareness, and enhance overall wellbeing. No experience necessary - all are welcome!
The Mind Body Connection is a yoga class brought to you by the Counseling & Wellness Center of Pittsburgh.
