Discovery Lab is a hands-on interactive program where kids can learn new things while having fun! Your child will get to embrace creativity and explore all kinds of projects involving arts & crafts, STEM or cooking!
Ages 6 & Up
This Month's Project: Fruit Boba (Spherification)
Spherification- This technique involves encapsulating a flavorful liquid, like fruit juice, within a thin, gel-like membrane. The membrane bursts when bitten, releasing the juice inside.
